As we journey through the 21st century, it is crucial to acknowledge and address the myriad of challenges that young minds encounter on a daily basis. Maitri Sanskar Value Education curriculum – a catalyst of transformation, aims at empowering children to help face these real-world challenges today and promote peace, humaneness and tolerance.

Maitri Sanskar, offers an innovative Educational Value based model, that helps children navigate the challenges by improving the universal values/ sanskars necessary for a positive change. Amid these challenges, there is hope—hope born from awareness, understanding, and action.

The curriculum includes a mosaic of poems, audio visual tools, books including the Maitri Sanskar book, which is a composite collection of stories and activities, with profound messages, for early years. Based on five basic core values, Maitri Sanskar aims at helping children explore their inner wisdom through fun, joy, experimentation, discussions and introspection. A guide map for self-exploration, each chapter is replete with practical wisdom and is easy to understand. Values are best learned through experience and so the curriculum has been designed to incorporate activities and role plays in order to make the values come alive.

The curriculum is curated keeping in mind the idea that each individual adult or child has an inner wisdom / voice. It is that inner voice which finally becomes our guiding light leading us to make important decisions and choices in life. This guiding light is our true navigator for a conscious awakened and happier life.

The Maitri Sanskar project, an initiative of MaitriBodh Parivaar, a socio-spiritual organization, aims to make a difference today in children - the future torch bearers of the society.
